Private tastings
They come to you
A flight and a talk for one team, in the room or outside.
“Tasting for 25 in Napa, Thursday afternoon”
$45–95 per head
For Bay Area wineries and breweries
Private tastings, team offsites, buyouts and case gifting — from companies that come back every year.
No fee to join. Viva earns a share of the orders we originate or manage.
One part of it: a request, as it reaches you
“Team outing for 25 in Sonoma, a tasting rather than a dinner, budget not yet set.”
Budget being set · decision in two weeks
What we would ask you
Four questions. Most calls take two minutes.
Tuesday to Thursday is when a corporate group can come, and when the room is empty.

One corporate-growth program, adapted to what your winery already has. You do not choose a package here — the first conversation is about which of these you are.
No corporate offer yet
Build it with you
You have a tasting room and no corporate rate, no group package and nowhere for a company to enquire. Viva helps you set the per-head price, the minimum spend and the gifting tiers, then introduces the companies.
A tasting room with no corporate page and no case-gifting tier.
Ready for more corporate demand
Fill what you built
You already host groups and take gifting orders; the calendar is simply not full midweek. Viva brings the companies, brings the requests with a date and a headcount attached, and works the account after the first visit.
A winery hosting two corporate groups a month with room for eight.
One-off visits that never come back
Convert what you have
Teams visit once, have a good day, and are never contacted again — when the same company has an offsite every quarter and a gifting budget every December. Viva records who came and comes back before the next one.
A brewery whose corporate groups are all first-timers.
What you sell, the orders you want, your capacity, your service area, and the corporate relationships you already have. Nothing gets built before this conversation.
We start with what you already have. That might mean sending demand to your existing ordering page, improving how corporate buyers enquire, or helping you establish a corporate channel from the ground up.
Viva introduces your business to relevant companies and matches you with corporate requests that fit — a named company, a date, a headcount and an approved budget, not a lead form.
You keep control of availability, pricing, minimums and fulfilment. Saying no costs nothing, and we would rather hear it quickly than tie up a night you cannot cover.
Viva follows up after the order, encourages the next one, and looks for the other teams and departments inside that company who buy the same way.
Works with what you already run
Keep the systems that already work.
Wherever it belongs. If you already take orders through Tock, Commerce7, WineDirect, Square or Toast, we send the buyer there. We help generate and develop the corporate relationship; the order completes through the channel that suits it.
You do, on your terms, exactly as you do today. Viva does not sit between you and the money, and nothing changes about how you invoice.
It is not. There is no exclusivity, no requirement to replace anything, and no second menu to keep in sync. If a tool is working for you, it stays.
A corporate order should be the beginning of a relationship, not the end of a transaction. This is the growth motion Viva helps you create — not a guarantee attached to any one order.
1
One team of 25 on a Thursday. A company that has never been finds out what an afternoon at your place is like.
2
Viva follows up, records the format and the spend that worked, and comes back before the next planning cycle rather than after it. Teams that visit once usually come back.
3
The team that tasted in September is the team buying 120 gifts in November. The visit and the case order are the same relationship, worked in the right order.
4
Everyone in that room drank your wine under your name and took the story back to the office. A corporate tasting is a tasting-room visit that markets itself afterwards.
The commercial model
We grow when you grow.
Rev share
There is no fee to join the Viva network. Viva earns a share of the revenue on the orders we originate or actively manage. You keep your existing customer relationships and continue using the ordering systems that work for you.
We are early, and we would rather say so. We are building this network now and recruiting the first businesses into it — which means the ones who join at this stage help decide how it works, and are first in line when the orders come.
Why we exist
Corporate buyers want a day out at your place. They just cannot find you.
Corporate procurement runs on approved vendors and purchase orders. A family winery never gets onto one, however good the wine is.
Not because anyone preferred it. Because the hotel had a form, a package and a phone number that answered, and the assistant had four other jobs that day.
Tuesday to Thursday is exactly when a corporate group can come, and exactly when nobody asks you. The demand exists; it is pointed somewhere else.
We do the finding. We call wineries, breweries and tasting rooms one at a time, learn what you can actually host and when, and put you in front of buyers who would otherwise have booked a hotel meeting room.

No, and this is worth being precise about. Viva does not sell, ship, store or take payment for alcohol. We introduce the company and manage the relationship; every pour, sale and shipment is fulfilled by you, under your own licence and your own compliance, exactly as it is today.
Mostly 15 to 60 for a tasting or an offsite, and larger for a buyout or a holiday party. A tasting for 25 runs about $45–95 a head; a full-day offsite with food is $85–150 a head.
No. A corner of the tasting room on a quiet Wednesday is a real answer. If a request needs a private space or a separate meeting room we will ask first, and if you do not have one we will not bring you that request.
Midweek, overwhelmingly. Corporate groups come Tuesday to Thursday because the team is being paid to be there — which is usually the point, because it fills the days you are least worried about.
No. Viva works alongside them and your own website. We generate and develop the corporate relationship; the booking or the order completes through whichever system already suits it. There is no exclusivity.
The company tells us the recipient count, the budget a head and the delivery date; you quote the cases, the labelling and the lead time. You fulfil and ship it under your licence. Holiday gifting is typically $25–260 a recipient depending on the tier.
There is no fee to join. Viva earns a share of the revenue on the orders we originate or actively manage, charged after the order goes ahead. Nothing is owed on a request you turn down or a visit that does not happen. Anything we build for you — a corporate page, contact activation, a dedicated campaign — is quoted and agreed separately before it starts.
You do, on your own terms, exactly as you do today. Viva does not sit between you and your customer’s money, and nothing changes about how you invoice or how you run the day.
Fill in the short form at the bottom of this page. It asks how you handle corporate business today, which systems you use, and what you want help with, so the first call starts somewhere useful. You can also call (650) 772-6326 or email [email protected]. There is no contract. We are early and building the network now, so businesses joining at this stage help shape how it works.
Takes about two minutes, and it is the same form whether you are a winery, a brewery, a taproom or a bar. The three questions at the end decide what the first call is about.
