One corporate-growth program, adapted to what your business already has. You do not choose a package here — the first conversation is about which of these you are.
Starting a corporate channel
Build it with you
You have a strong local business but no dedicated corporate offer, ordering page or sales process. Viva can help define your corporate packages, establish the buying experience and introduce you to relevant companies.
A wine shop with no corporate gifting page. A coffee shop starting workplace delivery.
Ready for more corporate demand
Fill what you built
You already use Flex, ezCater, DoorDash or your own ordering system. Viva works alongside those tools to introduce new companies, develop the relationships and generate repeat business.
A café already taking office catering orders, with capacity it would rather have booked.
Turning more interest into orders
Convert what you have
You already have corporate contacts and receive occasional enquiries, but the process depends on email, phone calls or a basic form. Viva can improve the buying experience, reactivate previous customers and help convert more opportunities.
A caterer whose corporate work arrives as forwarded emails and gets answered when service ends.
What you sell, the orders you want, your capacity, your service area, and the corporate relationships you already have. Nothing gets built before this conversation.
We start with what you already have. That might mean sending demand to your existing ordering page, improving how corporate buyers enquire, or helping you establish a corporate channel from the ground up.
Viva introduces your business to relevant companies and matches you with corporate requests that fit — a named company, a date, a headcount and an approved budget, not a lead form.
You keep control of availability, pricing, minimums and fulfilment. Saying no costs nothing, and we would rather hear it quickly than tie up a night you cannot cover.
Viva follows up after the order, encourages the next one, and looks for the other teams and departments inside that company who buy the same way.
Works with what you already run
Keep the systems that already work.
Wherever it belongs. If you already take catering orders through a platform, we send the buyer there. We help generate and develop the corporate relationship; the order completes through the channel that suits it.
You do, on your terms, exactly as you do today. Viva does not sit between you and the money, and nothing changes about how you invoice or how you run the night.
It is not. There is no exclusivity, no requirement to replace anything, and no second menu to keep in sync. If a tool is working for you, it stays.
A corporate order should be the beginning of a relationship, not the end of a transaction. This is the growth motion Viva helps you create — not a guarantee attached to any one order.
1
One dinner, one coffee cart, one gifting run. A company that has never bought from you buys once, and finds out what you are like to work with.
2
Viva follows up, records what worked, and comes back before the next occasion rather than after it. Teams that buy once usually buy several times a year.
3
The person who booked it tells the team next door. We work the account outwards — new departments, new occasions, new budgets inside the same company.
4
Everyone in the room ate your food or drank your coffee under your name. Corporate work puts you in front of a few hundred local people at a time.
The commercial model
We grow when you grow.
Rev share
There is no fee to join the Viva network. Viva earns a share of the revenue on the orders we originate or actively manage. You keep your existing customer relationships and continue using the ordering systems that work for you.
We are early, and we would rather say so. We are building this network now and recruiting the first businesses into it — which means the ones who join at this stage help decide how it works, and are first in line when the orders come.
Why we exist
Corporate buyers want you. They just cannot find you.
Corporate procurement runs on approved vendor lists and purchase orders. A café with six tables never gets onto one, however good it is.
Not because anyone preferred it. Because it was already set up, and the assistant placing the order had four other jobs that day.
Women-owned, minority-owned and family-run businesses are the least visible of all to a corporate buyer — and often the ones a company most wants to be buying from.
We do the finding. We call local businesses one at a time, learn what they can actually take, and put them in front of buyers who would otherwise have ordered from a chain.
We are early, and we would rather say so. We are building this network now and recruiting the first businesses into it — which means the ones who join at this stage help decide how it works, and are first in line when the orders come.
We help you grow one thing: your corporate sales channel. Depending on where you are, that means introducing you to companies and bringing you real requests, improving how corporate buyers enquire and order from you, or helping you establish a corporate offer from the ground up — and then working the accounts so a first order turns into repeat business.
No. Viva works alongside Flex, ezCater, DoorDash and your existing website. We help generate and develop the corporate relationship; the order can be completed through whichever channel already suits it. There is no exclusivity and no requirement to replace your current systems.
There is no fee to join. Viva earns a share of the revenue on the orders we originate or actively manage, charged after the order goes ahead. Nothing is owed on a request you turn down or an order that does not happen. Anything we build for you — a corporate page, contact activation, a dedicated campaign — is quoted and agreed separately before it starts.
No. Orders that come to you independently through Flex, ezCater, DoorDash, your own website or a customer you already had are yours. Viva is paid on the orders we bring you or actively manage.
You do, on your own terms, exactly as you do today. Viva does not sit between you and your customer's money, and nothing changes about how you invoice or how you run the night.
Corporate work across the SF Bay Area: team dinners of 20 to 80, coffee carts and breakfast drops at offices, lunches for all-hands, team outings and tastings, and holiday gifting. A seated dinner for 40 is typically $3,800–6,600 of food and drink before bar and service. A coffee cart for 120 is $1,400–2,600.
No. Most of what we book does not need either: catering delivered to an office, a coffee cart, a large table on a quiet night, a gifting order. If a request needs a private room we will ask, and if you do not have one we simply will not bring you that one.
Executive assistants, office managers, people and workplace teams, event organisers, department managers and nonprofit leaders planning local meetings, events, gifts and team experiences. They are buying on behalf of a team, they have a budget approved before they call, and they tend to come back — a company that does one offsite dinner usually does several a year.
That is one of the three ways we work. We help define the packages, establish how a company actually buys them, and then introduce you to the companies worth having. You do not need a page, a menu or a process before you talk to us.
Fill in the short form at the bottom of this page. It asks how you handle corporate business today, which systems you use, and what you want help with — so the first call starts somewhere useful. You can also call (650) 772-6326 or email [email protected]. There is no contract. We are early and building the network now, so businesses joining at this stage help shape how it works.
Takes about two minutes. The three questions at the end decide what the first call is about — there is nothing to buy and nothing to set up.
