Joining takes about fifteen minutes. Everything after that happens in your inbox.
Capacity, service style, the events you're best at, and the ones you'd rather pass on.
Corporate briefs come in with date, headcount, and budget already settled. You see only the ones that fit.
Your contract, your team, your standards. The client stays yours after the last chair is stacked.
For planners, venues and caterers
Most inbound is a date and a maybe. Briefs from Viva come with headcount, budget range, and a decision-maker attached, so the first call is about the event rather than whether there is one.
For corporate event planners
Describe the event once. We come back with venues and caterers who are free that night, work at your headcount, and have run the format before.
Four kinds of partner make up the network. Most events need three of them.
Private rooms, full-buyout spaces, restaurants with a function floor. Fill the midweek nights that go quiet.
20–400 guests
Off-premise catering, in-house kitchens, bar programs. Take the briefs that suit your kitchen's shape.
Off-premise or in-house
Independent planners and small agencies who want a bench of vetted venues and vendors on call.
Independents & agencies
In-house teams booking recurring company events without a dedicated events department.
In-house teams
The formats companies book most, and the ones we route through the network first.
One to three days, meeting space plus meals, often out of town.
Private rooms, seated service, twelve to sixty guests.
The busiest six weeks of the year, booked eight to twelve weeks out.
Standing receptions with AV, staging, and a press-facing run-of-show.
Multi-room programs with catering across breakfast, breaks, and dinner.
Closings, milestones, and farewells booked on short notice.
Tell us who you are and what you run. We review applications weekly and reply either way.
We'll be in touch within a week. If your event is sooner than that, reply to the confirmation email and we'll move it up.
Nothing to list and nothing to hold a profile. Viva earns a fee only on events booked through the network, agreed before you accept a brief.
No. Briefs arrive with the date, headcount, and budget range visible. Decline the ones that don't fit — declining has no effect on what you're sent next.
You do. The client contracts with your business, you set the terms, and repeat bookings go straight to you.
It depends on your city and format. Most partners see their first matched brief within a month of joining; holiday season moves faster.
Basic details, your service area, and a sense of what you run best. If we need photos, insurance, or licensing we'll ask during review.
Add your business to the network and start seeing briefs that match what you already do well.
